First, go to the all purpose libguide at  Next, choose the books tab.  Type the search terms Gendered Communication into the second search box on the page (Brenau Discovery Search) to find the books that the library has on this topic.  While the first book is a print book, the results following are e-books.  Click on View Now and then View e-books to see the electronic books.  You will be asked to login using your six digit student ID number and the first part of your Brenau email address.  After you sign in there is a link to the full text of the book to the top left of the screen.

Next, to find scholarly journal articles, choose the journal articles tab in the all purpose libguide.  Click on Academic Search Complete.  Enter the same search terms, Gendered Communication.  Click on the title of the articles that you are interested in reading to get to the full record for the article.  From this page you can access the full text of the article using the PDF full text link to the far left of the screen and you can email and print the article using links to the far right of the screen.
