I have need to cite this page in a thesis. How do I do this?

You would cite it as any web site, based on the format linked on the Citing Sources page of the Advanced Education LibGuide.

The format is:

Author, A. (date). Title of document. Retrieved from http://URL

When there is no author move the title to the first position. I would cite it as:

Fast facts: English language learners. (n.d.). Retrieved from

That said, for a thesis, I would always choose the primary source. In this case, the primary source is linked at the bottom of the page in the references. 

I would cite that page as:

English language learners. (2014). Retrieved from
