Hello,

We suggest starting at the graduate education libguide located at libguides.brenau.edu/gradeducation.  Next, go to the START HERE: Databases with General Education Content box and pick a database such as ERIC or Education Database.  You will be asked ot login using your Brenau single sign on.  Once you are in the database, use search terms such as Teacher Self-efficacy AND Teacher Burnout or Teacher Self-efficacy AND Student Outcomes.  You will limit to those published within five years of expected graduation date.  A good place to look for gaps in these journal articles is at the end of the article in the discussion section.  Most authors will include a discussion of the limitations of the study and a discussion of possible future research which are examples of areas where there might be gaps in the literature.

If you need additional help feel free to make an appointment to meet online with a librarian at https://libcal.brenau.edu/appointments
