How do I look up court cases in the Brenau Library?
I am taking a class on Employment Law for HR with Dr. Washington Hubbard. Dr. Washington Hubbard recommended to type: "court reporter" to find cases. I went to the data base and clicked on the legal source and typed "court reporter" but cannot find court cases about Ellison v Brady. How do I locate and find legal cases?
Also, how do I cite a court case for citation and reference list? Please advise. Please advise. Thank you, Beth Fleck

Thank you for your email.

The easiest way to locate cases in the Brenau library is to use NexisUni's case look-up.

Here is the link for Ellison v Brady: https://advance-lexis-com.us1.proxy.openathens.net/api/permalink/c9dd3e30-bcda-4ee1-b3c0-07c9231eb3a5/?context=1516831

So see other cases that have cited Ellison v. Brady, select the citing decisions title in the Shepard's Signals box on the right side of the screen.

Goos luck with your research.
