Hello,

For government sources, try a special google search. Type

site:.gov cyberbullying

into Google. This will give you government websites that talk about cyberbullying. The first site, stopbullying.gov, has some good resources and explains how cyberbullying is different from in-person bullying. https://www.stopbullying.gov/cyberbullying/what-is-it/index.html

For scientific articles, you can use the library catalog at library.brendu.edu. Type cyberbullying into the search box in the middle of the page. You'll see a lot of ebook results. If you want just articles, click "articles" in the filters on the left side.
