To locate books use the catalog searching tool from the libguide. Search childcare AND intellectual development (be sure to include the AND). 

Under Primary Databases (blow the catalog) choose Academic Search Complete and search childcare AND intellectual development. You can use the tools on the left of the research results screen to limit your search to full-text, scholarly, and date limits.
