You should start in the all purpose research guide at libguides.brenau.edu/allpurpose.  Choose the articles tab and then choose Academic Search Complete.  Login using your Brenau username and password.  Limit your results by clicking on the full text box and then enter some keywords.  Then enter your search terms.  I used Exercise AND Mental Health and I got some good results such as "Exercise and Mental Health" and "Mental Health Consequences of Exercise Withdrawal."
