You should start in the all purpose research guide at libguides.brenau.edu/allpurpose.  Choose the articles tab and then choose ABI Inform.  Login using your Brenau credentials.  Limit your results by clicking on the full text box and then enter some keywords.  I used Workplace Productivity AND Exercise and I got some good results such as "Exercising at work and self-reported work performance."  You might also try additional search strings such as productivity AND workplace exercise.
