I would suggest narrowing your focus a little more, as this is a very broad research problem to try to write about. Instead, go to library.brenau.edu and type these terms into the search bar: negative comments AND social media
When your search results appear use the limiters on the left of the screen to narrow your results to full-text and peer reviewed.
