Hello!

This topic has been written about extensively! I suggest you start with the Education LibGuide. Choose the gold Books tab, and paste "No Child Left Behind" into the search box. You'll be asked to log in with your Brenau username and password. This search will provide you with a collection of eBooks and articles to choose from. Use the left side toolbar to limit the results to the last 10 years. The book No Child Left Behind and the Public Schools may be of particular help.

Additionally, Google "No Child Left Behind". Be wary of the results - everybody has an opinion, so choose only the highest quality sources. For example, one of the results is No Child Left Behind - ED.gov - U.S. Department of Education. This provides info on NCLB and links to additional information, including the Every Student Succeeds Act (ESSA) signed into law on December 10, 2015, replacing NCLD which was enacted in 2002.

Thanks for Asking a Librarian.
