Thanks for providing the link. It was very helpful! The link is to the Act that created the Nurse Practice Act, but the actual statute, or law, is what is generally cited, because it is the most current information. Based on what you gave me, I was able to locate the statute. To see the statute, go to http://www.cnmilaw.org/frames/CommonwealthCode.html . From here you will have to drill down. Click the little + beside the folder icon for Title 3: Human Resources. Then click the + by Division 2 Health and then Chapter 3 Nurse Practice Act.

I would cite it like this:

Nurse Practice Act of 2003, 3 CMC §§ 2301-2319 (2016).
