Great topic! There's lot's of information.

Start at the All Purpose LibGuide, which covers a bit of everything. Click the first resource, Academic Search Complete. To log in, enter your Brenau username and password. Search "free speech" AND internet. Be sure to include the quotation marks and the AND, as they will give you a focused set of results. On the results page, use the left side toolbar to limit the results to the last 5 years or the time period you prefer. You'll see lots of scholarly articles such as Kamatali, J. (2016). The limits of the first amendment: Protecting American citizens' free speech in the era of the Internet & the global marketplace of ideas. Wisconsin International Law Journal, 33(4), 587-638.

If you don't find enough here, go back to the LibGuide and click on the second source, Research Library, for more relevant results.

Thanks for asking a librarian.
