The revenue per employee ratio is dependent on the industry and and location within the US. I suggest you google revenue per employee and the industry name, for example revenue per employee hospitality to come up with a ratio that's relevant to your needs. You could also add a location name.

You might check with a trade association if your business belongs to one. This is often proprietary information, and you may be asked to pay for it.
