I would start by going into an all-purpose database such as Academic Search Complete.  Go to the business libguide at libguides.brenau.edu/business.  Click on the Business - Articles tab and scroll down to the Additional Business Information box where you will find Academic Search Complete.  You will be asked to login using your Brenau username and password.  Go ahead and limit your search by clicking on the full text and the scholarly (peer reviewed) boxes below the search bar.  Then enter your search terms.  I used the terms Affordable Care Act AND Payment Systems.  You may also want to try different variations of search terms by subbing the the word Obamacare for Affordable Care Act or using specific names of payment plans such as PPO or POS AND Affordable Care Act.  Don't forget to connect your terms with the word AND.
