You will probably want to research both of these topics (workplace and school bullying) seperately and then compare the two.  First, go to the database Academic Search Complete by going to databases A -Z at libguides.brenau.edu/A-Z.  Next choose Academic Search Complete.  You will be asked to login using your Brenau username and password.

Next, limit your search by clicking on the full-text and the scholarly (peer reviewed) buttons under the search bar.  I tried a few different search terms which had good results.  These include:
