I'm not sure what your question is here?  Are you wondering where you can find scholarly resources that discuss management and organizational behavior concepts?  If so, you will find them in the business databases.  You can get into these databases by going to the business libguide at libguides.brenau.edu/business.  Once there, choose the Business - Articles tab at the top of the page.  Choose either ABI/INform or Business Source Complete for this assignment.  Click on the title of the database to go into the database.  You will be asked for your Brenau username and password.  Be sure to click on the Full Text and the Scholarly Journals boxes under the search bar.  Then enter your search terms being sure to connect your terms with the word AND.  Just to see what I could find, not knowing which news event you are going to pick, I typed in management AND organizational behavior concepts and I got some good, general articles on the topic.  Once you have picked a news event you can construct more relevant search terms.
