You didn't mention which citation style you needed, so here are two.

Here's how I would cite an article from a reference book in MLA:

Author's Last Name, First Name. "Name of Country." The Greenwood Encyclopedia of Women's Issues Worldwide: The Middle East and North Africa. Ed. Bahira Sherif-Trask. Westport: Greenwood Press, 2003. Print.

And in APA:
