I would try a couple of sources to compile the information. In our catalog, search "Frederick Herzberg". On the results page use the left side toolbar to limit to eBooks. Among the first results will be Management Innovators: the People and Ideas That Have Shaped Modern Business. I suggest you read the book online rather than downloading it, which requires a specific reader. Check the Table of Contents to link to the section on Herzberg. Additionally, you'll find Gurus on People Management. This book has an entire chapter on Herzberg. Please note that even though this book was published after his death, it still thinks he's alive.

Last, for an off-beat source, Google "Frederick Herzberg" obituary. His obituary from the New York Times will be among the top results. It has interesting biographical information you may not find elsewhere.
