For this search, begin with the All Purpose LibGuide, which covers just about everything. Click on the Articles Tab and then choose Academic Search Complete. I searched "massage therapy" AND health. The quotation marks reduce the clutter in the results by keeping the phrase together. This article looked particularly promising: Garakyaraghi, M., Givi, M., Moeini, M., & Eshghinezhad, A. (2014). Qualitative study of women's experience after therapeutic massage. Iranian Journal of Nursing & Midwifery Research, 19(4), 390-395.

I limited the results to the last 5 years and chose scholarly publications. You could also search "massage therapy" AND benefits to get a slightly different set of results.
