You should start in the business libguide at libguides.brenau.edu/business.  Choose the Business - articles tab and then scroll down until you see Academic Search Complete.  Choose Academic Search Complete and login using your Brenau username and password.  Limit your results by clicking on the full text box and then enter some keywords.  I used Positive Employee Relationships and I got some good results. You might also try adding additional search terms to narrow your results such as Positive Employee Relationships AND Management.  Be sure to use the word AND to connect your search terms.
