I am having issues researching the Delta and Northwest Airlines merger and issues that they may face by merging their two organizational cultures. What keywords are best to use? I have everything and still cant seem to find an article that can help

Hello,

I used the database ABI/Inform by Proquest for this search.  I got to this database by going to the articles tab on the business administration libguide at libguides.brenau.edu/business and choosing the first database.

Next, I used the following search terms and got some good results:

1. Delta AND Northwest merger

2. Delta AND Northwest AND culture

3. Effects AND Delta AND Northwest Merger

You may also want to search just for Delta Airlines Culture or Corporate Culture as well as Northwest Airlines Culture and then compare and contrast the different cultures yourself making arguments of your own about how they may integrate or clash based on one characteristic or another.
