It can be difficult to find the right web site since people are so opinionated about this topic. I Googled No Child Left Behind. Based on the criteria in your course materials, particularly the authority of the creator, I would look for ed.gov, which is the Department of Education, Education Week (a reliable trade publication), or the NEA, a professional association. You could add Georgia to the search, and find the GA Department of Education also.

I would steer clear of news sites and of advocacy sites, which will have an agenda.
