Since this kind of specific information is not likely to be in a book, you'll want to locate scholarly articles that describe the Delta Airlines and its social responsibility programs. Two ways that businesses have of describing their community service activities are "social responsibility" and "corporate responsibilty" so you will want to remember these terms when you are conducting your search.  Click the yellow Business - Articles tab at the top of the page, and you'll find a variety of databases for this kind of information. Here's a few tips for your searches!

• Since Delta Airlines is the proper name of the company, put quotation marks around the phrase so your searches will keep those two words together. It would look like this when you type it into the search box: "Delta Airlines"
• To find information about the company and the social responsibility in the same search, place the word AND between the two terms. It would look like this when you type it into the search box: "Delta Airlines" AND social responsibility or "Delta Airlines" AND "corporate responsibility". 
  
• Make sure to click the box for Scholarly Journals if there is one to ensure that the database returns items from only academic and scholarly sources. Another handy button is for Full Text - this makes sure it will return only items that you can read right away!

Each database is a unique collection of articles. I would recommend trying ABI/Inform Complete by ProQuest first and then move on to Academic Search Complete.  In addition, most businesses have corporate responsibility reports on their websites, Delta included.  You can see those reports here: http://news.delta.com/Corporate-Responsibility-Report.
