Hello, I am trying to write a 3-5 page essay on the top three organizational behaviors that USPS needs to change in order to become profitable. Where would I begin to find information on organizational behaviors such as productivity, absenteeism, and turnover as they relate to and/or affect the USPS? I need about 6 citations. Thanks

Hello,

A great place to start is the library libguide for Business Adminstration.  Go to libguides.brenau.edu/business.  Choose the Articles tab to see a list of databases that are useful when researching business topics. 

For this topic, I started in the database Business Source Complete.  You will be asked to sign in using your Brenau username and password.  On the homepage of Business Source Complete limit your results by clicking on the full text box.  I chose to use the search terms United States Postal Service AND Profit.  I got some good results here, including a SWOT analysis of the USPS which will give you good information on the current strengths and weakness of the USPS. 

Next, I went back to the articles page in the business administration libguide and I chose the database ABI/Inform Complete by Proquest.  I ran the same search terms in this database.  Make sure while you are looking through these results that you notice the publication date of the article as you will not want to use anything that is too old to be relevant to the current business model of the USPS.
