It looks like this item is actually a thesis, rather than a book which can be difficult to get but fill out this from: http://library.brenau.edu/infodelivery-and-ill/request-an-item/ and we'll see if our interlibrary loan magician can work some magic.  Just remember that it can take up to two weeks to receive items through interlibrary loan.
