Good evening!
The article you need is available in Business Source Complete. The best way to locate an article when you have a citation is to click to the library catalog. The Books tab of the Business Ethics LibGuide has a search box, as do almost all of the LibGuides. You can also search the catalog on the library web site at http://library.brenau.edu/. Pasting in the article title (that's all that is needed) will pull up the article in the first page or two if we have it. I put titles in quotes for more focused results, i.e. "The developmental self-valuing theory". You may also need to limit by format using the left side toolbar to click article or book, which further focuses the results. If we have the full text, you will see a "View" link that will link you to the full text. If all we have is the abstract, you won't see the link, just information about the article.
The article you need is located at https://search.ebscohost.com/login.aspx?direct=true&authtype=ip,shib&db=bth&AN=5514114&site=ehost-live&custid=bre1.
Enjoy!
