Hello!

The Organizational Leadership LibGuide has a number of resources that may be useful. You may want to start with PsycINFO. Try searching DE "Personality Change" or DE "Personality Change" AND work. Be sure to limit the results to full text and the last 5 years. You could also change the search to include specific personality traits such as DE "Personality Change" AND extroversion or DE "Personality Change" AND agreeableness or DE "Personality Change" AND conscientiousness, for example. Use the traits you feel are most important. You will find articles such as Nelis, D., Kotsou, I., Quoidbach, J., Hansenne, M., Weytens, F., Dupuis, P., & Mikolajczak, M. (2011). Increasing emotional competence improves psychological and physical well-being, social relationships, and employability. Emotion, 11(2), 354-366. doi:10.1037/a0021554 .

Next I would run the same searches in Business Source Complete, also listed in the guide. If you still don't have enough information, then try the other databases, but run the searches without the "DE". For example Personality Change AND work.

Thanks for Asking A Librarian.
