Hello!
For this search, I would start at the Business LibGuide, and select the articles tab. This will give you a list of the best places to search for the information.
Choose ABI/Inform Complete and search "Organizational behavior" AND "global environment". Be sure to include the quotation marks; they help to focus the results. I limited the results to full text (the box under the search box). I also used the right side toolbar to limit to the last 5 years. This left me with 27 results including
- Crawford, K., Hasan, H., Warne, L., & Linger, H. (2009). From traditional knowledge management in hierarchical organizations to a network centric paradigm for a changing world. Emergence : Complexity and Organization, 11(1), 1-18. Retrieved from http://emergentpublications.com/ECO/about_eco.aspx From the abstract: "However the complexity that arises from a continually changing global environment highlights the need for knowledge management to move in new directions both in practice and theory."
- Edgelow, C. (2011). The four challenges. Industrial and Commercial Training, 43(1), 17-24. doi:http://dx.doi.org/10.1108/00197851111098126 From the abstract: "The most important competency every organization requires today is the ability to change and evolve to keep pace with the fluid, dynamic global environment."
I also checked Business Source Complete, the second database listed in the Business LibGuide. Here I searched "organizational behavior" AND globalization. Limiting my results to full text articles published in the last 5 years left 83 articles including
- Groysberg, B., & Slind, M. (2012). Leadership Is a Conversation. Harvard Business Review, 90(6), 76-84. Retrieved from http://hbr.org/magazine From the abstract: "Globalization and new technologies have sharply reduced the efficacy of command-and-control management and its accompanying forms of corporate communication. ...the authors concluded that by talking with employees, rather than simply issuing orders, leaders can promote operational flexibility, employee engagement, and tight strategic alignment."
- Sicoli, G. (2012). Evolving dynamics in the process of business internationalization. Global Journal Of Business Research, 6(2), 117-124. Retrieved from http://www.theibfr.com/gjbr.htm From the abstract: "Over the past century the global economic scene has undergone numerous rapid and ongoing transformations. The consequences of these changes are reflected in problems linked to organizational and qualitative adaption that companies must carry out in order to compete successfully."
