ABI/Inform Complete is not cited. It's just the place where you found the article or report. It is the article or report where the information came from that is cited.

APA uses an author-date format. In the text, you will use the first two elements of the reference entry.

Therefore, if you reference entry looks like this:

Chick, V., & Tily, G. (2014). Whatever happened to Keynes's monetary theory? Cambridge Journal of Economics, 38(3), 681. Retrieved from http://cje.oxfordjournals.org/

the in text citation will look like this:

...blah, blah, blah (Chick & Tily, 2014).

or this:

According to Chick and Tily (2014), blah, blah, blah...
