Hello!

It's hard to be specific without seeing the actual report, but generally the format is like this:

Name of the Company or Industry. (Year). Title of the financial report. Retrieved from DACBond website: http://www.dacbond.com/rest_of_the_URL_for_the_report

Note that the company name is captialized as usual, but the title of the financial report only capitalizes the first word, first word after a colon, and proper nouns such as the company's name.
