The easiest way to find the full text of an article is to search the Library catalog at http://brenau.worldcat.org .
Before searching, it will ask for your 6 digit student ID and the first part of your email address, such as jsmith.
The exact title of the article is needed to find it; it is Process Mapping. Because it's so short, I added one of the author's names, to focus the results. I searched "process mapping" AND keller. The article was my first result. To view the full text, click on View Now, then View Full text.
