First, I went to the business libguide at  From the home page I used the tabs to navigate to the databases by going to the articles tab.  I chose to do a quick search in Academic Search Complete because it is a broad database which has information that is relevant to many different fields such as business, psychology, etc.

Click on Academic Search Complete to go into the database.  You will be asked to login with your six digit student ID number and the first part of your email address.  Once you are in Academic Search Complete, limit your results by clicking on the full text box to the bottom left of the search bar.  You may also want to limit your results by clicking on the scholarly journals box.  Then I typed the words Workplace Violence.  I got a lot of results!  You may want to narrow your results further by choosing some of the subject thesaurus terms and the subject terms to the bottom left of the search bar.  Hope this helps!
