Hello!  First, go into the business administration libguide at libguides.brenau.edu/business.  Choose the articles tab and scroll down to the fourth database, Business Source Complete.  Click on the title of the database.  You will be asked to login using your Brenau username and password.  In the main search screen type "Stream Mapping" into the first search box and Physician in the next search box.  Be sure to include the quotation marks with Stream Mapping.  The first article in the results list should be the article you are looking for.  You may have been having a hard time finding the article because your citation is incorrect.  It was published in 2006 and in the 17th volume but in issue 8 rather than issue 6.  Have a great day!
