I suggest you start this research at the Library's Business LibGuide at http://libguides.brenau.edu/business. This is a focused collection of the best places to search for business information. Click on the Articles tab; when the page loads scroll down and click on ABI/Inform. This is an excellent source of business information. You will be asked to log in with your Brenau username and password.

Search communication AND employees. Be sure to use the AND. This search will return articles with the word communication and the word employees anywhere in the article. Limit the search to full text and scholarly journals. When the results load, scroll down the right side of the page and limit the date range to 2008-2014 to pull out the most recent information. This will leave articles such as Dasgupta, S. A., Suar, D., & Singh, S. (2013). Impact of managerial communication styles on employees' attitudes and behaviours.
