Answered Questions

First, you will want to go into the libguides at libguides.brenau.edu/business.  Next choose the articles tab.  I chose to search the second database listed on this page, ABI/Inform by Proquest.  Once you have logged into the database with your Brenau username and password, you can begin searching.  I chose to limit my results to full text and scholarly by clicking on those boxes beneath the search bar.  Then I searched using the terms Transformational Leadership AND employee.  Don't forget to use the word AND between your search terms.  I got many good results with these terms.  We hope this helps!
