First, go into the psychology libguide at libguides.brenau.edu/psychology.  Next, choose the articles tab and then choose a database.  I looked in PsycArticles first and then in PsycInfo and next in Academic Search Complete.  I good results in all of these databases.  Once you have chosen a database - start with PsycArticles- enter very simple search terms into the search bar.  I used the Mental Illness AND Stigma and I got good results.  Don't forget to use the word AND between your search terms.
