Hello,
I'm not finding a DOI either. Although DOIs are often available, they aren't always available. When it's not, use the URL of the journal's home page. You'll have to Google the journal to get it. A hint: while APA calls for the journal's home page, Dr. Aikens-Young prefers to be more specific. She will ask you to use the URL of the index of the journal. To get that URL, Google the journal and link to "back issues" or "archives". Use the URL from that page.
The citation will look like this:
Author, A. (year). Title of article. Title of Journal, xx(x), pp-pp. Retrieved from URL
