Good question! In the College of Business and Mass Communication, you'll probably be using APA style to cite your sources. If you are citing a book, follow this basic format:

Author, A. A. (Year of publication). Title of work: Capital letter also for subtitle.

Location: Publisher.

You may need to modify your citation based on whether your resource includes an editor (instead of or in addition to an author), is a section or chapter of a book instead of the whole book, is a work with multiple volumes, or other conditions that may make your resource unique.
