Not that the vendor has reported. I tried to replicate the problem in an ebsco database but was able to retrieve full text PDF files with no problems or error messages.

I'll be glad to pursue the problem if you will tell me the path you clicked through to the database, the name of the database, and the citation information on the article. I can also email you the PDF to expedite your research.
