What an interesting topic! What is it about behavior management that you are looking for? I ran a few quick searches in the databases listed in our Advanced Education LibGuide (located at http://libguides.brenau.edu/grad-ed) and found a variety of articles in Academic Search Complete, Education Journals at ProQuest, and the Psychology and Behavioral Sciences Collection by searching using the exact phrase

"behavior management" AND education

The quotation marks indicate that you are searching for that exact phrase altogether, so the database won't return results that mention the words separately and have little to do with your topic. The addition of AND is a Boolean search technique that indicates you want to see only items that include both of these terms. 

You can also use the limiters on the left side of the results page to narrow your results to Full Text (articles you can immediately view as a PDF or webpage), Peer Reviewed Scholarly Publications (so all results are academic and peer-reviewed), and more!
