A good place to begin your research is our Business LibGuide (http://libguides.brenau.edu/business). You will find information on how to approach your research, as well as recommendations for scholarly sources for your paper.
For example, if you select the Background Research tab, you will find several business dictionaries. In Barron's Dictionary of Finance and Investment Terms, for example, you will find definitions of both "annuity" and "structured settlement."
Click on the Business Administration--Books tab for information on finding both print and electronic books, and click on the Business Administration--Articles tab for links to databases containing articles and other types of information that will aid your research.
Two databases that are good starting places for your searches are ABI/Inform Complete and Business Source Complete.
If you have any additional questions or problems, you can respond to this thread or you can contact someone at the library.
