I would suggest that you consult the library's LibGuide on healthcare at:
http://libguides.brenau.edu/Healthcare
There is a tab for articles which guides you to several databases which should contain articles on your topic.  For example, when you select ABI/INFORM, you will first need to authenticate by inputting your Brenau username and institutional ID.  Once on the main page for the database, you should select the Advanced Search option.  This will give you several boxes to break down your search into the 2 main concepts.  Input human resource management in the first box and specify in the fields box pull down menu that it should be searched in the Subject heading box.  (I did some preliminary research to ensure that both of the terms I suggest are in fact subject headings.)  Similarly in the second box, input health care industry and specify the Subject heading box as well.  Below the search boxes, select the options: full text and peer reviewed.  This should yield approximately 250 articles.  You may then wish to narrow further by adding additional search terms. If you are not certain that the additional term is in fact a subject heading, simply have it searched in all fields.
