One way to find this information is to click on the journal title when it displays in the results listing  For example, I did a search in the database Academic Search Complete limited to articles published in Harvard Women's Health Watch.  In the results list I clicked on the journal title and was sent to a page entitled Academic Search Complete - Publications.  This page provided information about the publication - Harvard Women's Health Watch and indicated that it was peer reviewed.
