I suggest you begin with an encyclopedia called Contemporary Black Biography: Profiles from the International Black Community / Michael L. LeBlanc, editor. The library has 25 volumes. The last volume includes a cumulative nationality index at the end identifing the profiled people by country. You will have to sort out the women yourself, but it's doable.
In addition you might find this reference book helpful: Black Firsts : 2,000 Years of Extraordinary Achievement / edited by Jessie Carney Smith with Casper L. Jordan, Robert L. John. The call number is REF E185 .B574 1994.
