Because this interview will not be published and is not part of a research study you should consider it a personal communication for the purposes of citing it in APA.

Because the interview is not recoverable you should use in-text citations but the interview will not be included in the reference list.

For the in-text citation you should give the initial(s) and surname of the communicator, and provide as exact a date as possible.  Example:

(T. Nguyen, personal communication, February 24, 2020).
