My name is Sierra Howard and I am having authentication issues with my log in information. I talked to Regina Reed, who then informed me to contact IT. I heard back from Mr Greg White, who emailed me back with an email address and phone number for someone who’s no longer with a Brenau (I called and got a message and also got another phone number that I called 4 times and got no answer). I’ve been running in circles for a while and I’m hoping someone can help me get my library log in information authenticated so I can start doing research for my summer classes. My credentials are accurate, it’s just not in the system yet (is my assumption). Any help will be greatly appreciated!!

I'll be happy to try to help you out.
You are in the system and I was able to log-in to the databases as you.
The page you are trying to log-in on, does it look like this?
This log-in page is accessed when you try to use one of the library assets (database or eBook).
To log in you need to use your 6-digit student number (yours begins with 360) and your username is everything before the @ symbol in your Brenau email address (showard3).
The only other thing I can think that might be plaguing you is the search engine you are using - please be sure you are using Chrome or Firefox.
Let me know if you are still having trouble.
