First go to the legal studies libguide at libguides.brenau.edu/law.  Next click on the Resources tab to the left of your screen.  The second box on the page, Articles, contains the databases that we think you will need for this assignment.  We suggest choosing Nexis Uni first to find the case that you are interested in.  Click on Nexis Uni and then enter your Brenau username and password.  Next, click on Cases and then enter your search terms.  Remember to connect your search terms with the word AND.  So if you are interested in right to privacy and schools you could enter the terms Schools AND Right to Privacy or Students and Right to Privacy or Teachers and Right to Privacy depending upon what interests your most about your topic.
