Question

How do I log in to the library database?

Details

Whenever you want to read a book or article to which the library subscribes, you will need to login. You only have to do it once during your search session, but if you are away for more than 10-15 minutes your session will time out and you will have to log in again.

The screen to access library databases like Academic Search Complete, CINAHL, ABI Inform Complete, etc. looks like this:

To login:

  1. Type your 6-digit student/employee ID into the first box.

  2. Type your email username (the first initial of your name, your last name, and any number if assigned, as it appears before the @ in your email address).

    Leave out @tiger.brenau.edu or @brenau.edu

  3. Click the "Login" button.
If you are still unable to login or need additional information during business hours (M-F), contact Robin Mize at rmize@brenau.edu or 770-718-5303, or 1-800-252-5119 ext. 5303.For assistance during the weekends, call the front desk of the library at 770-534-6113 or 1-800-252-5119 ext.6113.For information on how to identify your 6-digit ID, review the information here: How do I login to CampusWEB?
