Go to the business libguide at libguides.brenau.edu/business.  Choose the articles tab.  Choose the database MarketLine Advantage.  You will be asked to login using your Brenau username and password.  Once you are in the database, enter the search term Sears.  Scroll down and choose Sears Holdings Corporation.  You will find a very detailed analysis of your company here.  Of particular interest should be the SWOT analysis which you may access using the toolbar to the right of your screen.  Here you will find an analysis of the strengths, weaknesses, opportunities, and threats for Sears Holdings Corporation.  You will also find, in other sections of the report, detailed financial information about the financial failings of the company in the past few years. 

After you have looked through MarketLine, you may want to go into the database ABI/Inform and enter search terms such as Sears AND Failing to find trade information on the various challenges facing the company.
