Hello,

I'm not sure if you need information on the software systems or on the companies or both so I'm going to give you some general information.  First, you will be able to find basic infomation about the different systems on the company's websites.  Next, you may find some good information comparing HR systems in the database ABI/Inform.  Go to the business administration libguide at libguides.brenau.edu/business.  Next, choose the Business - Articles tab.  Click on ABI Inform and enter your Brenau username and password.

Next, limit your search by clicking on the Full text and the Scholarly boxes beneath the search bar.  I would begin searching by using terms such as company names.  For example, I typed in Sage AND Kronos to see if I could find any articles that compare the two management systems and I was able to find an article that mentions both systems.  You can also type in search terms such as Kronos AND Human Resource Management System.

Finally, if you want more information on the companies as well as their financial health you should go back to the Business - Articles tab on the libguide and choose Marketline Advantage.  Once in the database, type the name of the company that you are interested in.  You will find really good information on your company as well as industry information and SWOT analyses.
